Most hair transplant clinics charge by the graft. We don’t. Whether your case needs
1,500 grafts or 5,000, the price is the same: from €1,990 all-inclusive for FUE Sapphire, from €2,175
for DHI. The number of grafts changes the length of your surgery. It does not change your invoice.
This page exists because “how much does a 3,000 graft hair transplant cost?” is one of the most
common questions patients arrive with — and for most clinics the honest answer is “it depends on how
many we decide you need.” That is a difficult position to plan around, so here is ours in full.
What it costs, by graft count

Flights are not part of the €1,990 or €2,175 price. The third column is a separate
optional pack at €2,390 that adds return flights to the same all-inclusive package. The pack covers
up to €400 of return flights; if your fare costs more than that, you pay only the difference, and you
know the number before you book.
Which pack makes sense depends on where you are flying from. A return flight from London or
Dublin usually sits inside €400, so the €2,390 pack does the arithmetic for you and you stop
thinking about it.
From New York, Toronto, Sydney or Melbourne, take the €1,990 package and book your own
flight. Intercontinental fares are well above €400, so the pack would only cover part of
yours and you would pay the rest anyway — with less control over dates, airline and routing than if
you book it yourself. You also keep your own air miles. The treatment you receive is identical
either way; the only difference is who buys the ticket.
We keep flights and treatment apart on purpose: a price that quietly folds in flights is how
“all-inclusive” stops meaning anything.
The columns repeat themselves because that is the point. There is no per-graft surcharge, no “extra
graft” line added on the day, and no revised quote after the surgeon sees you in person.
Why other clinics price per graft — and what it does to you
Per-graft pricing is not a trick in itself. Grafts take time to extract and implant, and a large
case genuinely takes longer than a small one. Charging by the unit is a defensible way to reflect that.
The problem is what it does to the conversation. When the price rises with the graft count, the
person recommending your graft count is also the person whose revenue depends on it. You are asked to
trust a number you have no way to audit — and patients routinely report being quoted one figure online
and a higher one after the in-person assessment, once the count went up.
A fixed price removes that incentive entirely. If we tell you that you need 4,000 grafts rather than
2,500, we earn exactly the same either way. It is worth asking any clinic you are considering: does
your price change if my graft count changes? The answer tells you a great deal.
How many grafts will I actually need?
We will not give you a number on this page, and you should be sceptical of any clinic that does
before seeing you. The count depends on how much area needs covering, how dense your donor area is,
how coarse or fine your hair is, and what your hair loss is likely to do over the next ten years —
which is why planning for future loss matters as much as covering today’s.
What we will do is assess your photographs and tell you the figure we think is right, in writing,
before you travel. Since the price does not move with it, there is nothing for us to inflate.

Beard transplants are priced on the same all-inclusive basis. Eyebrow transplants use the Long FUE
technique, start from €2,590, and are quoted individually after assessment.
The question behind the question
Patients ask about graft counts because it is the one number they can compare across clinics. It is
a reasonable proxy, but it is not the one that decides your result. Who performs the surgery
matters more. In much of the Turkish market the surgeon marks the hairline and technicians do
the rest — it is legal, it is common, and it is how the lowest prices in the market are reached. It is
also the question patients are least likely to think of asking.
Dr. Çelik qualified in medicine at Trakya University in 1997 (diploma no. 1816), has been on the
Turkish state medical register since 1998 (no. 88616), and holds the Turkish Ministry of Health’s
Aesthetic Medicine Practice Certificate, issued in 2005 (no. 1111). He has treated more than 20,000
patients across 22 years and personally performs the incisions, the extraction and the implantation. He holds no specialist board diploma,
and we do not describe him as a specialist, dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

Is 5,000 grafts really the same price as 1,500?
Yes. Very large cases may be planned across two sessions for safety rather than cost reasons, and we
will tell you if that applies to you before you book.
Will the price change after my in-person assessment?
No. The written quotation you receive before travelling is the price you pay.
Why is DHI more expensive if the price is fixed?
The fixed price applies within each technique. DHI uses a different implantation tool and takes longer,
which is why it starts at €2,175 rather than €1,990. Neither figure changes with graft count.
What if I need fewer grafts than average?
The price is a package, not a per-unit rate, so a small case costs the same as a large one. If your
case is genuinely minor, we will say so — and we will tell you honestly if we think you should wait.
