Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking a procedure with Global Health Hair. By accessing globalhealthhair.com or contacting us to request a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Global Health Hair is a hair restoration clinic operating in Istanbul, Turkey. Our lead surgeon is Dr. Merdan Çelik MD, a graduate of Trakya University Faculty of Medicine and active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS).

2. Medical Disclaimer
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Hair transplant surgery is a medical procedure — results vary between individuals and depend on factors including donor density, hair loss pattern, age, and post-operative care.
Before any procedure, Dr. Çelik or a member of his clinical team will conduct a personal assessment. No guarantee of specific results is made or implied.
3. Consultations
- Initial consultations (via WhatsApp, email or contact form) are free of charge and non-binding.
- A consultation does not constitute a booking or commitment to proceed with treatment.
- Photo-based assessments provide an estimate only. Final graft counts and pricing are confirmed at the in-person pre-operative consultation in Istanbul.
4. Bookings and Deposits
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (amount confirmed at time of booking).
- The deposit is deducted from the total procedure cost.
- Cancellation by patient: deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the procedure date. Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice: deposit transferable to a new date.
- Cancellation by clinic: in the unlikely event we must cancel (e.g. medical emergency), the full deposit is refunded within 14 working days.
5. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€). GBP and USD equivalents shown on the website are approximate and may vary with exchange rates.
- All-inclusive packages include the procedure, pre-operative blood tests, accommodation, airport transfers, post-operative care kit, and 12-month remote aftercare. Flights are not included.
- Prices are confirmed in writing before any booking is made.
6. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for:
- Disclosing complete and accurate medical history before the procedure
- Following pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by the clinical team
- Arranging their own travel insurance (we recommend travel insurance that covers medical procedures abroad)
- Arranging their own flights
- Attending follow-up care as instructed to maximise results
7. Aftercare
All-inclusive packages include 12 months of remote aftercare via WhatsApp. Patients are expected to send progress photos at months 1, 3, 6 and 12. The clinical team will review and provide guidance at each stage. This aftercare is provided remotely and does not constitute an in-person medical appointment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Global Health Hair’s liability is limited to the cost of the procedure. We are not liable for:
- Travel costs, accommodation costs (beyond those included in the package) or visa costs
- Complications arising from failure to follow post-operative instructions
- Pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to treatment
- Results that do not meet expectations where expectations were not agreed in writing
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on globalhealthhair.com — including text, images, graphics, and patient case studies — is the property of Global Health Hair. It may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Patient before-and-after photographs are published with explicit written consent from each patient.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the patient’s country of residence apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at globalhealthhair.com/terms/. Bookings are governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking confirmation.
